This diverse collection of stories, includes five pieces of work by young people under the age of twelve. The aim of the publication was to allow local people the opportunity to write their own alternative 'histories' of Brighton and Hove. The material includes fictional accounts of real places and events from Brighton and Hove's colourful past. The tales offer a humorous, poignant and sometimes surreal glimpse into an alternative city featuring both eccentric and heroic local residents.
